The Tribunal has the sad duty to announce the demise of Professor Bengt Broms who passed away on 4 April 2023.
Professor Broms served as a Member of the Tribunal from December 1988 to September 2012.
He was a distinguished scholar, promotor and professor of international law who held several esteemed academic and related positions during his career.
